We currently ship our exquisite sarees and lehengas to customers within India and select international destinations.

- International Shipping: Available to select countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are determined based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. To determine the exact shipping cost for your specific items, please proceed to the checkout page and enter your shipping address.
Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within [1-2] business days after payment confirmation.
- Customization or Made-to-Order Items: Some of our sarees and lehengas are customized or made-to-order. For such items, processing time may take [5-7] business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time

Domestic Orders (within India): Typically, it takes [3-7] business days for your order to arrive after dispatch, depending on your location.
International Orders: Delivery times vary based on the destination. Typically, international shipments may take anywhere from [7-21] business days. Please note that customs procedures and postal delays may extend delivery times beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to track your package’s journey in real time. You can track your order directly on our website or through the shipping carrier’s website.
Customs and Duties
For international shipments, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Anwitha Elegance is not responsible for any customs charges or delays caused by customs clearance. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
Delivery Issues and Delays
We work with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery. However, in rare cases, unexpected delays can occur due to external factors like weather, customs procedures, or logistical issues. Anwitha Elegance cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

Address Errors
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. Anwitha Elegance will not be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order to the correct address.
Package Handling and Care
We take great care to package your order securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within [48 hours] of receiving your order for assistance. Be sure to provide photos of the damaged packaging and items.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the package has been shipped and a tracking number provided, the responsibility for the package lies with the carrier. Anwitha Elegance is not liable for any lost or stolen packages after shipment. PO Box Addresses
For domestic orders, we do ship to PO Box addresses. However, for international orders, we recommend providing a full physical address, as some carriers do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Order Modifications or Cancellations
